Song Of The Day: The Bronx - Youth Wasted

The whole album 'IV' is a hurricane of melody and agression in equal measures, amazing band

Song Of The Day: Black Spiders - Balls

An ode to having balls and getting kicked in the nuts with a big slab of rock backing

Song Of The Day: Axis Of - Port Na Spaniagh

Not sure if the language is Irish or something but the tune is pure punkrock and full of melody

Song Of The Day: Allusondrugs - Mycat

Possibly an ode to a cat, or god knows with these crazy Leeds bunch, great tune though

Song Of The Day: The Icarus Line - Rats Ass

Vicious track from one of punkrock's finest bands, underrated as hell

Song Of The Day: Royal Blood - Out Of The Black

Already tipped in the last bands to keep an eye on, their star is rising

Song Of The Day: The Horrors - Who Can Say

Taken from their outstanding Primary Colours album, this is a standout among standouts
